Hey!

Well hello there wonderful friends and followers!

Let me start this journal entry off by wishing you all a Happy Halloween and the coolest sister ever~ a SUPER late birthday! I promise I will make you a even... LATE-ER card!

^...late-er?

Anyhoo, I know I haven't been on much these days. I'm trying to visit every once and a while to "fave-ninja" some artwork and such. I haven't had a whole lot of time on my hands these past months.

But worry not. Those months are now gone.

And booooy do I have a lot to show you!

What a better way for me to get back to school as a freshman in high school than to have, for the first time in YEARS, an art class.

An art class!!

It's been literal YEARS since I had an art class in school! Literal YEARS!! I mean that very literally!!

However, as the first trimester draws to a close, ^{(haha see what I did there? DRAWS to a close?? AH?)} I will no longer be taking this wonderful class.

It was a lot of fun while it lasted. My question now is, are you, my lovely friends and followers, ready to see exactly how much fun it was?

Oh I'm sure you are.

...or maybe you aren't.

I don't know, your choice. :b

*sigh* aren't I just wonderful at failing to make things sound dramatic?

Well, regardless of how poor my dramatic writing skills are, I've really been improving as an artist after taking this class! (in my opinion)

I've made lots of pictures that I'll be showing you guys whenever I get them back from my teacher. (She's making copies of them I'm so happy aaaaahh!)

I have also made my first successful, completely hand-made cosplay costume! To which character, you will have to wait and see.

Hehehehehhhh yeah I know my attempts of dramatic writing are futile.

So, life update time! One of the reasons I've been gone so long was because I've been performing in the Shamrock Pride marching band!

^{I also got my black belt in Taekwondo, but hey!}

It's been a long and hard season, but for the first time in this band's history, we have successfully made it to the finals.

I'm so proud of all of our hard work to have made it this far. We left the competition with a huge trophy and a great sense of fulfillment and achievement.

It was an amazing experience overall! I was able to make some awesome friends and even deepening some friendships as well! Needless to say, I will never forget this season.

...or, at least, everything I CAN remember.

I have a very bad memory ^^"

Anyways, it's great to be getting back to Deviantart! Expect some new artwork soon! I'll be trying to get on here more from now on.
